This Agreement is made between Certified Asset and Fund Recovery Agency ("the Company") and the person whose name and address appear on this form ("the Client/Beneficiary").
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the release of the approved funds or assets to the Beneficiary. The Company confirms that the Beneficiary is entitled to receive the approved funds or assets in the amount or value as stated in the form above, subject to full compliance with the terms contained in this Agreement.
The Beneficiary acknowledges and agrees that all legal, administrative, documentation, compliance, registration, certification, processing, and any other applicable expenses required for the lawful release of the funds or assets shall be borne solely by the Beneficiary. The Beneficiary expressly understands and agrees that no legal or administrative expenses shall be deducted from the approved funds or assets. All required fees must be paid separately before the release process can be completed.
By signing this Agreement, the Beneficiary confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms and conditions.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law.
